Alabama: the usual questions
Why is same-day not available across Alabama?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Alabama the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 3 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Can an order be cancelled?
Contact support as soon as you can — the support widget takes chat and phone, and a reply comes within one business day. Whether a change is possible depends on how far through preparation the order already is, so nothing can be promised once it is placed.
Will the gift match the photo?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value, and the value, theme and look of the gift are kept. With the volume we handle, notice of a swap is not always possible; fresh items such as fruit and baked goods are the most likely to change.
Do you deliver to Alabama offices?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the gifts that suit a client or a team, and a Alabama business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name with a floor or suite, choose a weekday while reception is staffed, and each order carries the one flat $19.99 charge.
How do I track the delivery?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Alabama is 3 business days once it is on the road.
