What to expect when it reaches Baltimore
Among the store's most-sent gifts
Baltimore is a newer destination for us, so these come from the store's forty most-sent gifts rather than Baltimore's own list — each live today, delivered in Baltimore in 1 business day on standard delivery.
What do you want to spend?
Whatever the budget, one of these four brackets holds it — and the delivery charge does not move with the price.
Baltimore addresses, done right
Include the unit or suite, the company name if it's an office, and a phone number the recipient answers — that is what avoids a failed delivery.

What to tell us
- Homes: apartment number, gate or buzzer code, and a note on where to leave it if nobody answers.
- Workplaces: company, floor or suite, and the hours reception is staffed.
- Hospitals, hotels, campuses: the name the front desk has on file plus the room or unit.
- A reachable number: the recipient's mobile is the one that saves a delivery.

Baltimore: the usual questions
Is same-day delivery offered in Baltimore?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Baltimore the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 1 business day. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
How much is delivery to Baltimore?
$19.99, flat, on every order — the store fixed one delivery charge rather than working it out by weight or distance, and it does not change with what you spend. The checkout shows the total before you pay.
Can an order be cancelled?
Contact support as soon as you can — the support widget takes chat and phone, and a reply comes within one business day. Whether a change is possible depends on how far through preparation the order already is, so nothing can be promised once it is placed.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes — this is a US store priced in US dollars, and senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The gift itself must go to a US address, Baltimore among them, and carries no customs charge.
Do you deliver to Baltimore offices?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the gifts that suit a client or a team, and a Baltimore business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name with a floor or suite, choose a weekday while reception is staffed, and each order carries the one flat $19.99 charge.
How do I track the delivery?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Baltimore is 1 business day once it is on the road.
