For a smooth delivery
- Apartments and condos: unit number and, where there is one, the building name or buzzer code.
- Offices: the company name and a floor or suite; deliveries land during business hours.
- Hospitals and hotels: the recipient's full name and room or unit as the front desk knows it.
- Phone number: the recipient's, not yours — it is what saves a delivery when the door goes unanswered.

Berkeley: the usual questions
Why is same-day not available in Berkeley?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Berkeley the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 12:30 p.m. Pacific on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 1 business day. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Where do you deliver?
Most addresses in the United States, Berkeley included — the checker above gives the answer for any ZIP code. Alaska and Hawaii are not served, and there is no delivery outside the country: an order can be paid for from anywhere, but it has to go to a US address.
Are substitutions ever made?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value, and the value, theme and look of the gift are kept. With the volume we handle, notice of a swap is not always possible; fresh items such as fruit and baked goods are the most likely to change.
Can I send a gift from abroad?
Yes — this is a US store priced in US dollars, and senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The gift itself must go to a US address, Berkeley among them, and carries no customs charge.
How do I track the delivery?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Berkeley is 1 business day once it is on the road.
