Brooklyn delivery questions
How late can I order for today in Brooklyn?
Yes. Brooklyn is inside the same-day area, so an order placed by 11 a.m. Eastern can be delivered today, arriving 12–5 p.m. to businesses and 12–7 p.m. to homes. The checkout confirms the date before you pay — same-day depends on where the address is and how busy the day is, so it is never promised in advance. Any later date can be chosen instead.
How much is delivery to Brooklyn?
$19.99, flat, on every order — the store fixed one delivery charge rather than working it out by weight or distance, and it does not change with what you spend. The checkout shows the total before you pay.
What happens at the door?
Gifts need no signature at all: the gift can be left in a safe location, or with a concierge, reception desk or mailroom.
Can I change the order after placing it?
Contact support as soon as you can — the support widget takes chat and phone, and a reply comes within one business day. Whether a change is possible depends on how far through preparation the order already is, so nothing can be promised once it is placed.
Do you deliver outside the United States?
Most addresses in the United States, Brooklyn included — the checker above gives the answer for any ZIP code. Alaska and Hawaii are not served, and there is no delivery outside the country: an order can be paid for from anywhere, but it has to go to a US address.
Will the gift match the photo?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value, and the value, theme and look of the gift are kept. With the volume we handle, notice of a swap is not always possible; fresh items such as fruit and baked goods are the most likely to change.
