The delivery facts for Dallas
Our customers' favourites
Dallas is a newer destination for us, so these come from the store's forty most-sent gifts rather than Dallas's own list — each live today, delivered in Dallas in 3 business days on standard delivery.
By price band
Whatever the budget, one of these four brackets holds it — and the delivery charge does not move with the price.
What goes in the basket
Wine, champagne and gourmet lead across the store; each tile shows a gift from that collection.
What you can count on
Checked, then sent
Each gift is assembled to order and reviewed for contents and presentation before it goes out.
Substitutions upward
Out-of-stock items are swapped for equal-or-greater value, so nothing waits and nothing is downgraded.
Delivered without a signature
Concierge, front desk, mailroom or a safe spot at the address — whichever suits.
One flat $19.99 delivery
The same delivery charge on every order, so the checkout holds no surprises.
Dallas addresses, done right

Dallas delivery questions
Why is same-day not available in Dallas?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Dallas the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 12:30 p.m. Pacific on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 3 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Can an order be cancelled?
Contact support as soon as you can — the support widget takes chat and phone, and a reply comes within one business day. Whether a change is possible depends on how far through preparation the order already is, so nothing can be promised once it is placed.
Will the gift match the photo?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value, and the value, theme and look of the gift are kept. With the volume we handle, notice of a swap is not always possible; fresh items such as fruit and baked goods are the most likely to change.
Do you deliver to Dallas offices?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the gifts that suit a client or a team, and a Dallas business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name with a floor or suite, choose a weekday while reception is staffed, and each order carries the one flat $19.99 charge.
Will I know when it's delivered?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Dallas is 3 business days once it is on the road.
