Frisco: the usual questions
Why is same-day not available in Frisco?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Frisco the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 12:30 p.m. Pacific on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 3 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Do you deliver outside the United States?
Most addresses in the United States, Frisco included — the checker above gives the answer for any ZIP code. Alaska and Hawaii are not served, and there is no delivery outside the country: an order can be paid for from anywhere, but it has to go to a US address.
Will the gift match the photo?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value, and the value, theme and look of the gift are kept. With the volume we handle, notice of a swap is not always possible; fresh items such as fruit and baked goods are the most likely to change.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes — this is a US store priced in US dollars, and senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The gift itself must go to a US address, Frisco among them, and carries no customs charge.
Will I know when it's delivered?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Frisco is 3 business days once it is on the road.
