Harrison: the usual questions
Is same-day delivery offered in Harrison?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Harrison the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 1 business day. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
How much is delivery to Harrison?
$19.99, flat, on every order — the store fixed one delivery charge rather than working it out by weight or distance, and it does not change with what you spend. The checkout shows the total before you pay.
Can I change the order after placing it?
Contact support as soon as you can — the support widget takes chat and phone, and a reply comes within one business day. Whether a change is possible depends on how far through preparation the order already is, so nothing can be promised once it is placed.
Can I order from outside the United States?
Yes — this is a US store priced in US dollars, and senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The gift itself must go to a US address, Harrison among them, and carries no customs charge.
Can I send a business gift in Harrison?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the gifts that suit a client or a team, and a Harrison business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name with a floor or suite, choose a weekday while reception is staffed, and each order carries the one flat $19.99 charge.
How do I track the delivery?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Harrison is 1 business day once it is on the road.
