Manhattan delivery questions
How late can I order for today in Manhattan?
Yes. Manhattan is inside the same-day area, so an order placed by 11 a.m. Eastern can be delivered today, arriving 12–5 p.m. to businesses and 12–7 p.m. to homes. The checkout confirms the date before you pay — same-day depends on where the address is and how busy the day is, so it is never promised in advance. Any later date can be chosen instead.
How much is delivery to Manhattan?
$19.99, flat, on every order — the store fixed one delivery charge rather than working it out by weight or distance, and it does not change with what you spend. The checkout shows the total before you pay.
Can I change the order after placing it?
Contact support as soon as you can — the support widget takes chat and phone, and a reply comes within one business day. Whether a change is possible depends on how far through preparation the order already is, so nothing can be promised once it is placed.
Can I send a gift from abroad?
Yes — this is a US store priced in US dollars, and senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The gift itself must go to a US address, Manhattan among them, and carries no customs charge.
Is there a corporate range?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the gifts that suit a client or a team, and a Manhattan business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name with a floor or suite, choose a weekday while reception is staffed, and each order carries the one flat $19.99 charge.
Will I know when it's delivered?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Manhattan is 1 business day once it is on the road.
