How delivery works in Nashville
From our forty most-sent gifts
Nashville is a newer destination for us, so these come from the store's forty most-sent gifts rather than Nashville's own list — each live today, delivered in Nashville in 3 business days on standard delivery.
By price band
The store's range, cut into four price brackets. Each tile shows a gift from that collection.
The store's promises
Prepared to order
Nothing sits on a shelf waiting: the gift is built for your order and inspected before dispatch.
Equal or better substitutions
If an item is out of stock it's replaced with one of equal or greater value, and the theme and look of the gift are kept.
Nobody has to sign
A safe location or the building's desk will do; nothing needs signing for at the door.
Support that answers
Chat or call 1-888-912-2388 through the store's support widget — answered within one business day.
Nashville addresses, done right
What makes a Nashville delivery smooth is the complete address — apartment or suite, business name, recipient's phone.

What to tell us
- Apartments and condos: unit number and, where there is one, the building name or buzzer code.
- Offices: the company name and a floor or suite; deliveries land during business hours.
- Hospitals and hotels: the recipient's full name and room or unit as the front desk knows it.
- Phone number: the recipient's, not yours — it is what saves a delivery when the door goes unanswered.
Occasions
Whatever the reason, the collection delivers in Nashville by courier — the tiles show a gift from each.

Nashville delivery questions
Why is same-day not available in Nashville?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Nashville the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 3 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
Is there a delivery charge?
$19.99, flat, on every order — the store fixed one delivery charge rather than working it out by weight or distance, and it does not change with what you spend. The checkout shows the total before you pay.
Is everywhere covered?
Most addresses in the United States, Nashville included — the checker above gives the answer for any ZIP code. Alaska and Hawaii are not served, and there is no delivery outside the country: an order can be paid for from anywhere, but it has to go to a US address.
Can I send a gift from abroad?
Yes — this is a US store priced in US dollars, and senders abroad pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay or Google Pay. The gift itself must go to a US address, Nashville among them, and carries no customs charge.
Do you deliver to Nashville offices?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the gifts that suit a client or a team, and a Nashville business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name with a floor or suite, choose a weekday while reception is staffed, and each order carries the one flat $19.99 charge.
Will I know when it's delivered?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Nashville is 3 business days once it is on the road.
