Before you order for Scottsdale
Is same-day delivery offered in Scottsdale?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Scottsdale the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 12:30 p.m. Pacific on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 1 business day. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
How much is delivery to Scottsdale?
$19.99, flat, on every order — the store fixed one delivery charge rather than working it out by weight or distance, and it does not change with what you spend. The checkout shows the total before you pay.
Are substitutions ever made?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value, and the value, theme and look of the gift are kept. With the volume we handle, notice of a swap is not always possible; fresh items such as fruit and baked goods are the most likely to change.
Can I send a business gift in Scottsdale?
Yes. The corporate collection gathers the gifts that suit a client or a team, and a Scottsdale business address is delivered on the same terms as any other: give the company name with a floor or suite, choose a weekday while reception is staffed, and each order carries the one flat $19.99 charge.
Will I know when it's delivered?
A confirmation e-mail follows the order, and a shipping confirmation with a tracking link follows dispatch. The Order Tracking page shows the latest status when you enter the e-mail address and ZIP code used on the order. Transit to Scottsdale is 1 business day once it is on the road.
