By 11 a.m. Eastern for same-day hand delivery in New York City and Northern New Jersey, 11 a.m. Pacific for the Los Angeles area. Couriers leave New Jersey on orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern and Los Angeles by 12:30 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.
Do I pay Delaware sales tax?
The recipient's state's sales tax, worked out from the delivery address — even though Delaware charges none at home. It shows at checkout before you pay.
Whose ZIP goes in the checker?
Theirs — the checker and the checkout work from the recipient's ZIP. Your ZIP only matters on the billing form, where it must match your card.
