The cut-offs in India's time
For a sender in India, the New Jersey warehouse's 2 p.m. Eastern closing time falls at 11:30 p.m. IST — late in your day, so an order over breakfast is comfortably in time; Los Angeles closes later still. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-off for the warehouse that serves their address, and the transit time from it, together decide the earliest one the checker will offer.

Gifts ship from our New Jersey and Los Angeles warehouses, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles leave the same business day. In New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles the checker also offers same-day when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. Delivery is a flat $19.99 per address.

There is no currency menu — the charge is in US dollars and your bank converts it to Indian rupees.
Paying
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted from any country; the billing address must match your card.
No customs, no duty
The gift is made and delivered inside the United States, so the recipient pays nothing at the door and nothing is held at a border.
On your bill
The charge appears in Indian rupees after conversion; any foreign-transaction fee is your bank's, not the store's.
Language, characters and names
English store, Indian sender: the address form and the message take Latin characters; Devanagari and other Indian scripts is untested here, so keep the message in Latin letters.

Which cards do you take from abroad?
Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay issued anywhere are accepted; enter the billing address exactly as your bank holds it, in your own format.
Is there anything to pay on top of the price?
The price in US dollars plus delivery — a flat $19.99 per delivery address, with no threshold to reach — and the recipient's state's sales tax, all shown at checkout. Your bank converts the total to Indian rupees at its rate; some issuers add a foreign-transaction fee. The recipient pays nothing.
When do I need to order?
Order by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles — 11:30 p.m. and 1 a.m. the next day IST where you are, and the basket is packed and handed over that business day, Monday to Friday. Courier transit inside the United States follows, one to three business days depending on the address. In New York City, Northern New Jersey and the Los Angeles area a driver can take it the same day when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time; everywhere else the checker's date is the earliest available.
Is a future date possible?
Any later date at checkout — the cut-offs only set the earliest day. The date you choose is the recipient's date in the United States, not yours.
Does the message print as typed?
Yes, typed at checkout and printed as typed. Devanagari and other Indian scripts has not been tested on the print path, so a message in Latin letters is the reliable choice.
Can I send wine or spirits?
Yes, anywhere in the United States — the recipient must be 21+ and show photo ID at the door. Choose a gift without alcohol and no ID is needed.
