Our New Jersey cut-off, 2 p.m. Eastern, is 7 p.m. IST where you are — a normal working hour, with the Los Angeles cut-off after it. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-off for the warehouse that serves their address, and the transit time from it, together decide the earliest one the checker will offer.

Gifts ship from our New Jersey and Los Angeles warehouses, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles leave the same business day. In New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles the checker also offers same-day when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. Delivery is a flat $19.99 per address.

Yes. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay issued anywhere are accepted; enter the billing address exactly as your bank holds it, in your own format.
Will the recipient be charged?
Nothing. The gift is assembled and delivered inside the United States, so there is no customs charge, no duty and no fee at the door.
When do I need to order?
Order by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles — 7 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. IST where you are, and the basket is packed and handed over that business day, Monday to Friday. Courier transit inside the United States follows, one to three business days depending on the address. In New York City, Northern New Jersey and the Los Angeles area a driver can take it the same day when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time; everywhere else the checker's date is the earliest available.
Does the message print as typed?
Yes — typed at checkout and printed exactly as written, in English or English.
Will my recipient see my address or what I paid?
No. The package carries your name as the sender and your message, plus the store's contact details — never your address, your card or the price.
Is there an age check for wine?
Yes, anywhere in the United States — the recipient must be 21+ and show photo ID at the door. Choose a gift without alcohol and no ID is needed.
