Ordering from Maryland · delivered anywhere in the USA
Send gift baskets across the USA from Maryland
Order in Maryland, deliver across the country. Our drivers cover New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles the same day; couriers reach every other state within a few business days.
Two addresses, kept apart
Their address decides the delivery date and the tax; your billing address only has to match your card.
Billing: yours
Your card's registered address in Maryland, as the statement shows it. The recipient never sees it.
Their address
Everything the courier needs: street and unit, city, state, ZIP, and the recipient's phone in case nobody answers.
The cut-offs, in your time
Eastern time in Maryland, Eastern time in New York — 11 a.m. Eastern is the same-day line for New York City and Northern New Jersey. For the Los Angeles area, 11 a.m. Pacific falls at 2 p.m. your time. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-offs decide the earliest one the checker will offer.
Working out today's cut-offs in your time zone…
When can it arrive?
Enter the recipient's ZIP code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses.
Orders go out by courier the same business day when they are in by 2 p.m. Eastern for an eastern address or 12:30 p.m. Pacific for a western one; the checker says which applies. In New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles the checker also offers same-day when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. Delivery is a flat $19.99 per address.

Not a Maryland ranking — the record is too short — but the store's most-sent gifts since November 2022.
Charged like any US order — with the recipient's tax
Sales tax
Worked out from the delivery address, so it is the recipient's state's tax that applies, whatever Maryland charges at home; it appears at checkout before payment.
Card and address
Any of the six card marks, or a wallet — PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay — with the billing address as your statement shows it.
No add-ons, no surprises
There is no upsell page between the basket and the checkout. Where stock forces a change, the substitute is of equal or greater value.

Tracking, help and delivery day
Order status
The shipping confirmation includes tracking; the store's tracking page works from your e-mail address and order number.
Getting hold of a person
Open the support widget to chat or call 1-888-912-2388. A message left there gets a reply inside one business day.
Nobody home?
No signature is required. Same-day drivers phone the recipient and can leave the gift in a safe spot or with reception; couriers may leave it, retry, or hold it at a pickup point for about five business days.

From Maryland: the usual questions
Does it matter where I order from?
No. Where you order from makes no difference — the recipient's address decides the service and the date. Same-day hand delivery covers New York City, Northern New Jersey and the Los Angeles area; everywhere else is courier, 1–3 business days.
What are the cut-offs in my time zone?
By 11 a.m. Eastern for same-day hand delivery in New York City and Northern New Jersey, 11 a.m. Pacific for the Los Angeles area. Courier orders go out that day when placed by 2 p.m. Eastern for an eastern address or 12:30 p.m. Pacific for a western one, Monday to Friday.
Is there free shipping?
No — delivery is one flat $19.99 per address, with no threshold to reach and no distance or weight extras.
Is a future date possible?
Yes — choose any later date at checkout; the cut-offs only set the earliest day. For a holiday, order early: closures are skipped and busy periods fill.
Is the price shown to the recipient?
No. The package carries your name as the sender and your message, plus the store's contact details — never your address, your card or the price.
Can I send to an office or a hospital?
Yes. Give the company name, floor or suite and the hours reception is staffed; business deliveries run during working hours and a gift can be left with reception.
