Gifts ship from our New Jersey and Los Angeles warehouses, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles leave the same business day. In New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles the checker also offers same-day when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. Delivery is a flat $19.99 per address.

How late can I order?
By 10 a.m. CDT your time for same-day in New York City and Northern New Jersey (11 a.m. Eastern); by 1 p.m. CDT your time for the Los Angeles area (11 a.m. Pacific). Courier orders ship that day when placed by 2 p.m. Eastern (New Jersey) or 12:30 p.m. Pacific (Los Angeles), Monday to Friday.
Which tax will I be charged?
The recipient's state's sales tax, worked out from the delivery address, not Minnesota's rate. It shows at checkout before you pay.
Whose ZIP goes in the checker?
Theirs — the checker and the checkout work from the recipient's ZIP. Your ZIP only matters on the billing form, where it must match your card.
How much is delivery?
$19.99 per delivery address. Two addresses means two deliveries at that rate; checkout totals it before payment.
Is a future date possible?
Yes — choose any later date at checkout; the cut-offs only set the earliest day. For a holiday, order early: closures are skipped and busy periods fill.
What about a hotel or hospital?
Yes. Give the company name, floor or suite and the hours reception is staffed; business deliveries run during working hours and a gift can be left with reception.
