The cut-offs, in your time
No conversion needed for the East: an order in by 11 a.m. Eastern is delivered today in New York City and Northern New Jersey. Los Angeles's own 11 a.m. Pacific cut-off is 2 p.m. where you are. You choose the recipient's delivery date at checkout; the cut-offs decide the earliest one the checker will offer.

When can it arrive?
Enter the recipient's ZIP code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses.
Gifts ship from our New Jersey and Los Angeles warehouses, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles leave the same business day. In New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles the checker also offers same-day when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. Delivery is a flat $19.99 per address.

From our New Jersey or Los Angeles warehouse, whichever serves the recipient — never from your state. Same-day hand delivery covers New York City, Northern New Jersey and the Los Angeles area; everywhere else is courier, 1–3 business days.
How late can I order?
By 11 a.m. Eastern for same-day hand delivery in New York City and Northern New Jersey, 11 a.m. Pacific for the Los Angeles area. Couriers leave New Jersey on orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern and Los Angeles by 12:30 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.
Which tax will I be charged?
The recipient's state's sales tax, worked out from the delivery address, not Ohio's rate. It shows at checkout before you pay.
Whose ZIP goes in the checker?
Theirs — the checker and the checkout work from the recipient's ZIP. Your ZIP only matters on the billing form, where it must match your card.
Can I order now for next week?
Yes — choose any later date at checkout; the cut-offs only set the earliest day. For a holiday, order early: closures are skipped and busy periods fill.
Is the price shown to the recipient?
No. The package carries your name as the sender and your message, plus the store's contact details — never your address, your card or the price.
