Enter the recipient's ZIP code — the answer comes from the same delivery service the checkout uses.
Gifts ship from our New Jersey and Los Angeles warehouses, whichever serves the address: orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern in New Jersey or 12:30 p.m. Pacific in Los Angeles leave the same business day. In New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles the checker also offers same-day when the order is in by 11 a.m. in that city's own time. Delivery is a flat $19.99 per address.

Order status
The shipping confirmation includes tracking; the store's tracking page works from your e-mail address and order number.
If something is wrong
Use the support widget — chat or 1-888-912-2388 — and say the order number. Replies come within one business day; damage to a perishable gift is reported inside 24 hours, anything else within five days.
Unattended deliveries
Nothing waits on a signature: hand deliveries go to a safe spot or front desk after a call to the recipient, and courier parcels are left, retried or held at a pickup facility.

From our New Jersey or Los Angeles warehouse, whichever serves the recipient — never from your state. Same-day hand delivery covers New York City, Northern New Jersey and the Los Angeles area; everywhere else is courier, 1–3 business days.
How late can I order?
By 11 a.m. Eastern for same-day hand delivery in New York City and Northern New Jersey, 11 a.m. Pacific for the Los Angeles area. Couriers leave New Jersey on orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern and Los Angeles by 12:30 p.m. Pacific, Monday to Friday.
Do I pay Virginia sales tax?
The recipient's state's sales tax, worked out from the delivery address, not Virginia's rate. It shows at checkout before you pay.
Whose ZIP goes in the checker?
Theirs — the checker and the checkout work from the recipient's ZIP. Your ZIP only matters on the billing form, where it must match your card.
Is a future date possible?
Yes — choose any later date at checkout; the cut-offs only set the earliest day. For a holiday, order early: closures are skipped and busy periods fill.
Will my recipient see my address or what I paid?
No. The package carries your name as the sender and your message, plus the store's contact details — never your address, your card or the price.
