Before you order for Virginia
Can a gift reach Virginia today?
No — same-day delivery is offered in New York City, Northern New Jersey and Los Angeles only. For Virginia the gift travels on standard delivery: order by 2 p.m. Eastern on a business day and the checker puts the journey at 2 business days. Choose a later date at checkout if it should land on a particular day.
What does delivery cost?
$19.99, flat, on every order — the store fixed one delivery charge rather than working it out by weight or distance, and it does not change with what you spend. The checkout shows the total before you pay.
Can I change the order after placing it?
Contact support as soon as you can — the support widget takes chat and phone, and a reply comes within one business day. Whether a change is possible depends on how far through preparation the order already is, so nothing can be promised once it is placed.
Is everywhere covered?
Most addresses in the United States, Virginia included — the checker above gives the answer for any ZIP code. Alaska and Hawaii are not served, and there is no delivery outside the country: an order can be paid for from anywhere, but it has to go to a US address.
Are substitutions ever made?
Yes, when an item is out of stock it is replaced with one of equal or greater value, and the value, theme and look of the gift are kept. With the volume we handle, notice of a swap is not always possible; fresh items such as fruit and baked goods are the most likely to change.
