Availability & Replacements
Every basket is put together individually, so exact items depend on what's available. If something must be swapped, the team picks a replacement that keeps the theme, the purpose and the value of the gift.
Delivery Information
- Same-day delivery applies only to eligible addresses in New York City's five boroughs and northern New Jersey or the Los Angeles metro area, for orders placed by 11 a.m. local time.
- Choose an available delivery date in the builder's calendar.
- A full delivery address and a reachable telephone number are needed.
- Hospitals control access; delivery depends on their procedures and on the recipient being there.
- A discharged recipient? Reach us promptly and we'll find the best way to deliver.
- Include secure-access details such as apartment, buzzer, concierge or gate codes.
- Where the carrier or driver can confirm delivery, we pass that on.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
A bottle of wine or champagne is included only if you choose it and where it can be delivered. The recipient must be of legal drinking age; ID may be checked at the door.
