To the ward or the door
If it's the hospital, enter the ward and room in the delivery step and confirm the hospital accepts food and flowers. If it's home, the family's name will do.

Availability and substitutions
Baskets are made one at a time, from what's in stock. A substitute, when needed, is chosen to preserve the direction, the intended use and the value.
Delivery Information
- Same-day service is limited to eligible addresses in New York City's five boroughs and northern New Jersey or the Los Angeles metro area, ordered by 11 a.m. local time.
- The builder's calendar shows the dates available; choose one there.
- We need the full address and a telephone number the recipient will pick up.
- For hospitals, delivery depends on access, ward procedure and the recipient's admission.
- If the recipient is discharged before delivery, contact us at once to arrange an alternative.
- Give us the buzzer code, apartment number, concierge name or other access instructions.
- We confirm delivery whenever the delivery method makes that possible.
Alcohol Add-ons & Delivery Requirements
Wine, champagne and spirits are optional add-ons, included only when selected and where permitted. Delivery is to an adult of legal drinking age who may need to show ID.
